Daily Dental Routine for Good Oral Health

Keeping our pearly whites clean and healthy is not too hard. It’s just a matter of putting in a little more effort, and that’s all it takes. If you want to have a beautiful, dazzling smile and cavity-free teeth, you’re going to have to work for it.

First and foremost, brushing twice a day is absolutely essential. A lot of people are able to manage once but brushing at night is not their cup of tea. But brushing teeth before bed removes all food matter stuck to them; without brushing, it would otherwise be acted upon by oral bacteria overnight which then release toxic waste that is highly acidic and causes tooth decay while you’re asleep.

While brushing regularly twice a day is the first rule to good oral health, there’s more you can do. Use a mouthwash every time you bush to prevent bad breath Floss once a day or every alternate day to remove plaque from nooks and crannies. After consuming beverages such as tea and coffee, rinse your mouth with plain water to prevent staining. Make all these habits a part of your regular teeth and gum care, and soon you’ll see the difference yourself.
